Re-extract one record and compare. Missing archived bytes are reported as a
failure to verify rather than a mismatch: a claim that cannot be checked is not
the same as a claim that is wrong, and conflating the two would be dishonest in
the direction that flatters us.
The content is always compared, also when the record was stamped by another build:
a record that differs only in extraction.extractor_version is version-only,
one whose content differs is differs with the paths, whatever the version.
