    Stable name, e.g. ocr.

    • The artifact record written into every record this perceiver touched.

      Returns ModelArtifact

    • True when the perceiver can run at all here (binary present, module installed).

      Returns boolean

    • Load what the perceiver needs before its first artifact() — an optional module, say — resolving false when it cannot. The OCR tier awaits it before asking for the artifact, so a perceiver built and handed over as it is works.

      Returns Promise<boolean>
