# Contributing

**This project does not accept external code contributions.**

`pegel-online-cli` is dual-licensed under the AGPL-3.0-or-later and a separate
commercial license (see [LICENSING.md](LICENSING.md)). Offering a commercial
license requires the copyright in the codebase to be owned by a single party.
To keep that ownership unambiguous, all code is authored solely by the copyright
holder: we do **not** merge pull requests from third parties and do **not**
operate a Contributor License Agreement (CLA).

Pull requests will be closed without review. Please don't take it personally —
it's purely about preserving the licensing model.

## What is welcome

- **Bug reports and feature requests** — please open an issue.
- **Forks under the AGPL** — you're free to fork and modify for your own use,
  subject to the terms of the [AGPL-3.0-or-later](LICENSE) (including the §13
  network-source-disclosure obligation).

## Commercial licensing

If you need to use this software without the AGPL's obligations, a commercial
license is available. Contact **sebs@2xs.org**.
