ckan Daten

Herausfinden, welche deutschen CKAN-Portale offene Daten zu einem Thema haben, und die Treffer ordnen, Statistiken zu Herausgebern, Formaten und Lizenzen mit CKAN-Facetten erstellen und im Transparenzportal Hamburg nach Verträgen, Gutachten und Senatsmitteilungen suchen – über die offenen CKAN-APIs von 18 bekannten Portalen ohne Schlüssel mit der ckan-cli.

Installation

  1. CLI ckan installieren:

    npm i -g @maschinenlesbar.org/ckan-cli

  2. Marketplace hinzufügen (einmalig):

    /plugin marketplace add maschinenlesbar-org/plugins

  3. Plugin installieren:

    /plugin install ckan@maschinenlesbar

    Produce counts, rankings and breakdowns over German CKAN open-data portals using the ckan-cli's facet support. Trigger when the user asks "which German portals have open data on Radverkehr?", "find CSV data about Baumkataster in Berlin", "newest datasets on Luftqualität in NRW", "is there open data on Schulen in Rostock?", or wants a ranked shortlist with publisher, formats, licence and links instead of raw CKAN search JSON.

  • /ckan:ckan-hamburg-transparency

    Search the Hamburg Transparenzportal (the register the Hamburg Transparency Act HmbTG requires) for official documents using the ckan-cli: contracts of public interest, Gutachten, Senate papers, council decisions, regulations, building permits and more, by document type, topic and date, with the PDFs and the attribution text. Trigger when the user asks "which contracts did Hamburg publish this month?", "Gutachten zum Radverkehr in Hamburg", "latest Senatsmitteilungen about Wohnungsbau", "Hamburg Dienstanweisungen der Polizei", or anything about the Transparenzportal Hamburg.
